A retention & Conversion Enhancement project was part of a collaboration between Projector Institute, UX Medium student group, and Dim.Ria. The primary goal was to improve user retention and conversion rates on the platform. Despite its strong market presence, Dim.Ria faced challenges with customer retention, as users were not staying engaged long-term, which impacted overall loyalty and conversion metrics.
